What We Need to Do This Work Card

We often use these cards when helping teams to identify, clarify and design the actions they want to take to help shift practice.

It works well as a follow up to the As Is To Be Card, or with the Capability Mapping activities. It can also help teams identify some concrete actions and directions after discussions about practice.

These cards prompt teams to think about the kinds of things that might need to be considered (barriers and enablers) and provides examples of different kinds of change interventions that might be relevant.
